The world’s largest charity rating agency, Charity Navigator in the USA, has just announced a new set of rating criteria called Results Reporting. It represents a first step in holding charities to account for their results — not just their financial and operational systems, as is the way of most charity rating. It is just a beginning, but a beginning in an important direction. Excitingly, Charity Navigator has embraced Constituent Voice as the lynchpin in the new rating model.
