Keystone Performance Surveys

[su_subpages depth=”4″ p=”12″]
These are standard tools that provide benchmarked performance indicators for four different types of social purpose organizations: INGOs, Social Investors, Social Change Networks and Grantmakers.

Keystone performance surveys (KPS) are available for a variety of different types of organizations, but all work in the same way: staff at partner entities complete a survey about different aspects of working with you. The data is benchmarked against similar organizations to allow you to better understand where you add value and where you can improve.

Benefits include:

  • A deeper, expert analysis of your work and implementing relationships
  • Standard surveys crafted and honed to provide you with exactly what you need to know
  • Comparisons against your peers
  • Multi-language support
  • Support for collecting responses, and guidance on maximizing your response rate
  • Customized questions
  • Hand-drafted professional reports
  • Human support throughout the process (question selection, collecting responses, findings)
  • Follow-up support on how to use the data and expert recommendations (see examples of past reports)
  • Support in closing your feedback loop and building out a light-touch, continuous micro-survey system

Keystone currently offers a KPS for four different types of organisations:
