In its quarterly newsletter, the Grassroots Business Fund (GBF) highlighted the benefit of using ‘customer satisfaction surveys’, as promoted by Keystone, as a way to move the metrics field forward.
In addition to unveiling their Keystone influenced Impact Planning, Assessment and Learning (IPAL) framework, GBF spotlighted David Bonbright's presentation on feedback surveys given at the ‘Metrics from the ground up workshop’ and reported on the valuable benefits of using Keystone-style feedback surveys in their own work.
The newsletter goes on to mention it's metrics working group and how the group will work in conjunction with ongoing initiatives, including Keystone, to "operationalize" metrics.
