World’s largest charity rater adds Constituent Voice to its rating model

The world’s largest charity rating agency, Charity Navigator in the USA, has just announced a new set of rating criteria called Results Reporting. It represents a first step in holding charities to account for their results — not just their financial and operational systems, as is the way of most charity rating.
